During account suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or withdraw funds. After investigation is complete, we may reactivate the account or close it permanently. If the account is closed, any legitimate balance will be refunded to you, but bonuses and winnings obtained through breach will be forfeited. You may also request permanent closure of your account at any time through customer support.

7.2 Inactive Accounts and Unused Funds

If your account remains inactive for 12 months (no login or transactions), it will be flagged as a dormant account. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly administrative fee of BDT 100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is higher). This fee will apply until the balance reaches zero. You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in and making at least one transaction. If the account remains completely inactive for 3 years and has a balance, we will attempt to contact you via your registered email and phone. If we receive no response within 6 months, the remaining balance may be donated to charity.

The "vijay baji" name and logo are registered trademarks. 9.2 Limited License

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software. You may not use automated scraping, bots, or data mining tools on our platform. Any dispute or claim arising from these terms shall be settled by the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these terms is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
